Shipping policy

Preorder shipping: should only take 3-4 weeks. If longer contact 314Culture1@gmail.com for any questions.

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs: We offer standard shipping which is around $15. Free shipping is provided with a purchase over $100. 

Order Processing: All orders are processed same day unless after 2pm Monday through Friday. If conditions are met, processing will occur on the next business day.

International Orders: Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as a customer, are responsible for paying those fees. 

Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information.
